You should spout Chinese idioms back at your teacher. They’re much more impressive than English ones.

The power rule is one of the best things I’ve learned this year. Naturally, I forgot all about limits and all that other junk. Sorry I couldn’t be of much help.

I didn’t know anything about Heath Ledger before he died, except that he was in Brokeback Mountain. I still don’t know much about him.

You could’ve cheated and changed the date to January 1, 2008.

Rawr, I never had anything interesting like that happen during my SATs! Anyone who wasn’t there when the proctor took attendance was just that: not there. I don’t think anyone was late. =/
